Starting it off.
As many of you might know, I am on day 4 of P90x training. I'll admit that I forgot how sore you get at first when doing these workouts. I have decided to do something different with this blog than I was originally intending. I was going to list all my exercises that I am doing with reps and weight, but then I thought about it and decided to do something different. What I am going to do, is try to keep (as best I can) a daily journal of the program. I am planning on writting about how I am feeling that day, what I find is working ect.
