Day 16

Ply for the third time. Tony is always talking about setting goals. I decided today that I would not take a second longer in breaks and not do anything modified. I did it! It is amazing how far I have come so far. Week one of Plyo was rough and had a hard time walking for three days afterwards. Now I can keep up, no extra breaks and can move after it.

One thing the DVD's are always talking about is the recovery drink. I just wanted to say thanks Jay for the Chocolate Milk idea. I have been using Ovaltine mix which has worked great! I feel so much better & feel that it works well.
